Subtle psychological flashes reveal themes of self-betrayal and suppressed identity. Tension escalates with eerie distortions, ripples in the glass, and independent actions by the “girl in the mirror.” In the climax, the reflection crosses over or swaps places, trapping the original protagonist inside while the malevolent version steps into reality, smiling knowingly. Ends on a chilling fade-out with the line: “The mirror doesn’t lie… but it doesn’t tell the truth.”
