THE HELPERS (ÇIRAK)
In this series, a modern take on the story of Ferhat and Şirin, the tale told in Cem Karaca’s song “Tamirci Çırağı” comes to life. A mechanic’s apprentice falls in love with @AimSaye. However, Saye’s mother refuses to give her daughter to this apprentice. Just like in the legend of Ferhat and Şirin—where Ferhat is asked to carve through mountains—she assigns her would-be son-in-law a series of impossible tasks. Thanks to a pair of meta glasses that allow him to travel through time, Ferhat journeys across history in an attempt to fulfill his future mother-in-law’s demands. These tasks are fantastical in nature. And so, the adventure begins… Saye is the sole AI performer. Every other character is digitally modeled, turning real actors into visitors within an artificial intelligence universe.
