SPIRALING is a cinematic action video for virtual music artist, Lennox Rae. Inspired by the song’s bold, self-aware chaos, the film follows Lennox moving through New York City as tornadoes erupt in her wake — physical manifestations of anxiety, overload, and a mind stuck on spin cycle. Every landmark she passes becomes collateral damage to the storm inside her. The destruction builds until a pivotal moment in Central Park, where she makes a quiet but radical decision: not to spiral. In choosing a new perspective, the chaos dissolves. In the final act, she revisits the same NYC landmarks she once tore apart. This time, they bloom — filled with flowers instead of wreckage. The city transforms as she does. This project blends cinematic action with emotional storytelling, visualizing the tension between control and collapse — and what it means to reclaim your narrative.
