Phase: Integration
Phase: Integration is a psychological short film inspired by Carl Jung’s concept of the Shadow — the repressed, unacknowledged part of the self that, when denied, grows stronger. Confined within a sterile industrial chamber, a young woman confronts a physical manifestation of her own shadow. What begins as fear and resistance gradually transforms into confrontation, collapse, and ultimately integration. Blurring the line between psychological experience and controlled experiment, the film questions whether the shadow is an internal archetype or something externally engineered and observed. Minimalist in dialogue and driven by atmosphere, Phase: Integration explores identity, fragmentation, surveillance, and the unsettling process of becoming whole.
