Black Rain Protocol is a cinematic action short built entirely with AI tools. Set during a violent storm over dense jungle terrain, the film follows a military pilot executing a high-risk extraction mission. As the storm intensifies and visibility collapses, the tension shifts from external danger to internal conflict — revealing that the mission may not be about rescue at all. The project was crafted using AI image generation, image-to-video animation, cinematic sound design, and custom hybrid orchestral scoring. Character consistency, atmospheric realism, dynamic camera movement, and storm-driven lighting were carefully designed to create a grounded, professional action-film aesthetic. The goal was to push AI storytelling toward immersive, theatrical realism while maintaining emotional tension and visual continuity throughout. Created for the #HiggsfieldAction contest.
