When Dreams Refuse to Die
Five childhood friends grow up together in a small neighborhood, sharing dreams of a better future. Among them, Ravi faces serious hardships at a young age when his father becomes critically ill. Forced to leave school in the 8th grade, he begins working to support his family. After years of struggle, he returns to complete his studies, but life tests him again. During his Intermediate studies, Ravi falls in love and marries despite financial instability and family opposition. He sacrifices his education once more to take responsibility for his wife. Soon, he becomes a father, and along with caring for his parents and arranging his sister’s marriage, the burden of debts and responsibilities overwhelms him. Unable to cope with the growing financial pressure, Ravi tragically ends his life. However, his four loyal friends step forward to support his family and raise his son. With their guidance and encouragement, the boy grows up to fulfill his father’s dream of becoming a cricketer — proving that even when a life ends, a dream can still live on. If you want, I can make it even shorter (like 100 words) for competitions or posters.
