THE LAST KNIGHT

A lone knight rides across a scorched plain at dusk, drawn toward the smoking ruins of a village that was once his home. In the ashes, he finds a golden locket — the only trace of the woman he loved. As grief gives way to fury, he rises, draws his sword, and marches into the dark forest where his enemy waits. Steel clashes against steel in a brutal fight for vengeance. At dawn, the knight rides again — battered but unbroken, the locket raised toward the rising sun.
