Moscow City. A sealed presentation of an anti-aging breakthrough. Two girls are inside by chance—and the only ones who don’t take the shot. Hours later, the attendees start to unravel. Violence erupts. The tower goes dark. Outside, military and hazmat units lock the building down. No exits. No signal. No way out. To survive, the girls must climb through a skyscraper full of people who are no longer themselves—and uncover why the world outside would rather keep them trapped than let them escape.
