DROP BEAR

Drop Bear is our way of tying an iconic Australian myth to something real — the ongoing loss of native forests and the fragile future of koalas. We wanted to create a story that feels unmistakably Australian, drawing on the larger-than-life bush characters we love from films like Crocodile Dundee, while capturing the tension and scale of creature-driven classics like Jaws, Jurassic Park and Predator. At the same time, this project was about pushing ourselves creatively and seeing how far we could take AI filmmaking. Every shot was created on Higgsfield within the three week competition window. Our goal was simple: make something cinematic, grounded and believable, and show that these tools can be used to tell bold, visually immersive stories. Created by Lliam Worthington and Ashley White
